Parking permits can be picked up inside the Donna Jahnke Student Entrance, during the following dates and times:

• Wednesday, Aug. 5: 9:00am - 12:00pm

• Thursday, Aug. 6: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm

• Friday, Aug. 7: 9:00am – 12 pm

Please note, spots are already randomly assigned. The date/time you pick up your hang tag, does not determine the spot you receive. 

In order to complete this process and receive your permit, the following must be provided at the time of pickup.

• A check, money order, or cash in the amount of $125. Credit cards are not accepted.

• A valid, current Missouri driver's license.  If you do not have a current license, your parking spot will be held for you until October 1, 2026.  Do not come to pick up your parking pass until you have your driver's license. After October 1, 2026, the spot will be assigned to someone on the waitlist.

• Senior students must have the required vaccination record/waiver on file with the Ladue School District. Please contact Nurse Harrison if you have any questions (nharrison@ladueschools.net).

Please keep the following in mind:

• Only one (1) parking permit will be issued per Ladue district household. 

• Only one (1) parking permit will be issued for each spot.  Park in the spot you are assigned.  Parking in an unauthorized spot can result in the car being towed at the owner's expense. 

• Parking privileges will be evaluated at the end of each nine-week period.  Parking tags may be suspended or revoked should a student not be able to meet the minimum standards in regard to unexcused class period absences AND tardies to class. Please refer to the attached policies. We will adhere strictly to these guidelines.

• Unsafe driving practices on campus or other severe infractions may result in automatic revocation of parking privileges for up to the remainder of the school year.

• Parking permits are non-transferable.
